Eastside Classroom
Expansion Progress update
In collaboration with Weaver Commercial Contractors, the Eastside Classroom Expansion Project began in June 2025. This building project is designed to add four new classrooms through the following phases by July 2026. However, we must raise the remaining estimated funds as indicated below. Any funds we receive beyond our construction costs will be used towards furnishing the new classrooms.

Since the very beginning of Kingsway, God has faithfully provided for us and our families as we’ve trusted Him to lead the way. We continue recognizing that Kingsway is His school, and we are rejoicing in the many ways He has blessed us through faithful donors, volunteers, staff, and our school community. While there are financial needs for this project, we know that God has equipped each family with different talents, gifts, and resources. Phase 1 - Sitework
We are excited to share that Phase 1 has been completed! Phase 1 was originally estimated at $300,000 but after significant donations-in-kind and cost savings, we are praising God that final expenditures came in at less than $110,000! This phase included design and permitting, footers, foundations, underground utilities and the concrete floor slab.
Phase 1 Construction Now Complete!
Phase 2 - Exterior Structure
We have now moved into Phase 2 - Exterior Structure, originally estimated at $415,000. We are working to raise the remaining $86,000 and hope to complete Exterior Structure by December. This phase will include framing, roofing, siding, exterior veneers, exterior doors and windows.
Phase 2 Construction Now in Progress!
Phase 3 - Interior Finishes
This phase includes mechanical rough-ins, insulation, drywall, flooring, HVAC equipment, cabinets, etc. The beginning of the final phase of this project will take place this winter/spring while we work to raise the remaining $490,000 estimated for Phase 3.
