College Credit Plus
CCP Informational Meeting
Tuesday, November 18th at 6pm
Kingsway Cafeteria
Students in grades 7th-12th grade can earn high school and college credit for completing college classes (most appropriate for 11th-12th graders) during the 2026-2027 school year. Through the College Credit Plus program students can simultaneously earn high school and college credit, get a head start on career planning and degree completion, experience college early to understand the expectations of college life, and take classes not offered by high school. Most Kingsway students who participate in college credit plus use an online format through Mount Vernon Nazarene University. A representative from MVNU will be giving the presentation.
We will hold this informational meeting at Kingsway in the cafeteria for students and parents interested in college credit plus for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are interested in CCP, parents and students need to be at this meeting or receive one-on-one instruction with Mrs. Walker. Students must be approved every year for the program. Even returning CCP students should plan to be a part of the CCP informational meeting. If you cannot make this meeting you can contact Mrs. Walker at awalker@kingswaychristianschool.net to set up an appointment.
