At Kingsway, each child is special and cherished. Protecting and promoting emotional and physical well being is essential. Paramount to providing a strong educational foundation, our Early Childhood Education program nurtures Christian faith and the knowledge and understanding of God's Word and His world.
Our curriculum that meets and exceeds Ohio Department of Education standards, a critical program objective, prepares children to read, problem solve, self-teach, and question. Individual instruction (incorporating each child's distinct learning style) teaches children how to learn and grow in their own special way.
Well appointed and challenging Activity/Learning Centers stimulate curiosity and support learning. Our classroom has an exceptional 1100+ volume library comprised of 70 Big Books, duplicate copies of books for use with Listening Post earphones, early reading texts, and skill development literature. Reading, phonics, and sign language instruction accelerates whole language growth and foster vocabulary development.
In inclement weather, the opportunity to use the large, well equipped gymnasium, rarely found in other programs, is quite a treat for our little ones. Additionally, visiting the school library is an extraordinary reading adventure.
Learning should be fun and exciting! Bring your child to visit and watch them explore our awesome learning environment. Schedule a visit/Educational Success Consultation with Director, Linda McAninch: 330-465-5831.
